HOW CAN I RECEIVE A QUOTE?

You can fax (405-789-5030) or email (info@bluschoolsupplies.com) your supply list(s) to us or fill out our online Custom Quote Request form. We will then send you a quote based on your exact needs.

 

WHO DO YOU SERVE?

We work with groups both large and small. From individuals to large charitable companies to small community nonprofits, we meet whatever the school supply need may be. Many groups prefer pre-assembled kits; however we can also provide our supplies unassembled and a la carte.

 

DO YOU OFFER DISCOUNTS?

Yes, we offer large quantity and bulk discounts.

 

HOW MUCH WILL I SAVE COMPARED TO MOST STORES?

Depending on the item, our pricing is generally 20%-80% off comparable retail prices, not to mention all the time and gas money saved by not having to purchase each item individually at a store(s).

 

DO YOU HAVE BRAND NAME PRODUCTS?

Yes! In addition to our line of high-quality low-cost BLU School Supplies, we are proud to offer a variety of name brand products such as Crayola™, Elmers™ and Fiskars™.

 

DO YOU MAKE CUSTOM KITS?

WHAT IS YOUR RETURN POLICY?

Items must be returned within 30 days of the purchase date. Items must be in the condition in which they were received and in the original packaging. BLU will arrange free return shipping for defective items. Customers should call to report defective goods within 24 hours of receiving the order. A 15% return fee will be charged for returned custom kits. Classic and Deluxe B-WAP bags come with a 365-day guarantee. Defective bags will be replaced free of charge within the 365-day timeframe. (Defective meaning any item that has manufacturing defects, in material and workmanship. It does not cover or include normal wear and tear, misuse, cosmetic damages, incidental damages, or content damages.)

 

WHAT IS YOUR SHIPPING POLICY?

Backpack orders placed before 11am (CST) are shipped out from our warehouse same business days. Backpack orders placed after 11am (CST) are shipped out the next business day. Kit orders ship out from our warehouse within 2 business days. The actual number of days for shipping depends on the shipping option you choose during check out. NOTE! Our office is closed FRIDAYS!
For rush orders, call 888-234-7274.
During the checkout process, your shipping cost will be automatically calculated for you before you submit your order. 
P.O. Box number addresses do not work for shipping. 
Shipping guarantees are dependent on the shipping carrier. For large orders (over 20 cases), call for shipping policy and cost before placing your order. 

 

ARE RESELLERS ABLE TO SELL YOUR PRODUCT?

Our products for this site are not for resell. Our products are wholesale for organizations such as: nonprofits, schools, churches, or for-profit companies distributing/giving our products away during an event/fundraiser/drive for their community.
